I can honestly say their service is second to none when compared with major national suppliers. Prompt & reliable service is guaranteed.
If problems are encountered, the chaps at YMS let you know if they are going to be late and by how long, so you are able to re-arrange to keep your site running and/or minimize the disruption. They give you an approximate time for delivery, compared to the nationals 4/5 hour window of delivery on which you can get no further clarity from "the big boys"!
I have no reason, other than a site not being in Yorkshire, to use or consider any other supplier.
